Hello!

An eternal theme for almost all girls is appearance and its components. It is understandable, you are the most beautiful part of humanity.

There is a syndrome of self-rejection . You did not accept yourself before as long as you were in a certain form. And now this state has started.

The first step is to learn to accept yourself for who you are. Change is always good. But if it is for the sake of higher goals, for example, health, for the sake of yourself, then this is justified. And if this is not for your own sake, but for your environment, social status, then you will thus always be dependent on the external, will be constantly nervous, try to control yourself, your weight, etc.

Understand for yourself why you need to have a slim body? And what will happen if it is not slender.

Of course, the disease leaves its imprint on our psychological state, especially when you see in the mirror something that does not suit you. And you are not ready to put up with it in any way.

On the other hand, this is a great opportunity to set new goals . And start moving towards them.

Set new goals! Any athlete is in wild depression after an injury, and you have to start all over again. But this is life, this is why it is interesting , its unpredictability.

Take care of yourself!

Try to treat yourself like your best friend: build your self-esteem, praise yourself every day, celebrate every achievement, don't let bad thoughts about yourself. Then you will understand that you are not to blame for getting better and forgive yourself. And to get back to training, start small. For example, before you start running every morning, just walk at the same time for a week to develop a habit. Turn training into a game - give yourself gifts after achievements, compete with friends, in general, do everything to have fun. And yes, do not be cruel to yourself, you have suffered an illness, and it makes no sense to start training right away, because you are weak. Revive your body and lose weight.
