It's just the opposite for me - I never feel sorry for myself and specially learn to do it, so I can't advise how to stop feeling sorry for myself. But I can advise you on how to start enjoying life.

I always think (perhaps too much) that every day may be the last - we never know what will happen tomorrow. And if you look at all the problems from the other side, then you will understand that in fact we are very happy people.
