For some reason, the fact calms me down: what happened to us before our birth? Nothing. And it didn't bother us, so why bother with what will happen after us. "So where I am, there is no death, where there is death I am not."

Well, first of all, it's great that the admin inserted one of my favorite songs. And secondly, it will pass, oddly enough. All people have this fear at different ages. I had it, attention, at 8 years old. We were with my family in Italy, and there I saw a handmade clock, and every hour, instead of a cuckoo, death came out, and the clock had the inscription "Time is passing". Then I started to hurt wildly and try not to waste time. Then it passed, Buddhists basically have no time, they do not notice age, everything is eternal with them, and I support that. Just accept that you will never keep up with the time, enjoy life, because you are beautiful in your uniqueness. You are a miracle, and so is your life. Do not waste time on fear, passion for life.

At the age of 15, I had a period when I realized that death is a natural end, which sooner or later comes for everyone. But at first I could not come to terms with it. I read many posts and articles on this topic, read about life after death, about how other people went through this period. But soon I had a nervous breakdown - I roared for several hours, realizing the hopelessness of the situation. Mom helped me to calm down - she consoled me, said that I should not think about it, because it only depressing me more. After a short time, I began to be aware of the whole situation. There is a very good aphorism: "One must fear not death, but empty life." And this phrase helped me a lot. It dawned on me that the fear of death comes to people when they live a bad life, when they suffer from the fact that they did not do something, that they did not achieve something, they lost someone. But if you have a happy life, you won't be bothered by that. The fear of death is a biologically inherent factor in us, we cannot get rid of it. Live so that you have nothing to regret.

He stopped being afraid of the inevitability of death at the age of 25. What scares in death? What I can't figure out what it is. But even with life I cannot answer this question. That is, where and how is it all around and I am with him.

Accordingly, I experienced the feeling that until I figured out with life, there is no need to talk about death at all. I go and go nuts from life. This is a weird thing if you think about it.
