A radical way always helps me - not to sleep all night. If you are not ready for this, then get up a few hours earlier than usual. Exercise during the day (but at least 3 hours before bedtime, otherwise it will be even harder to fall asleep!), And because of this you will quickly get tired. Spend an overall very active day.
