A method that helped me solve serious problems with sleep:

  1. Temporarily stop drinking tea, coffee and other invigorating drinks altogether. You can switch to green tea at the beginning, and then just use warm water.

(After I stopped drinking tea, drowsiness disappeared during the day, although before that for several years I looked like a sleepy zombie)

  1. Increase sports loads or start playing sports.

  2. Do stretching exercises before bed.

  3. Go to bed at the same time. (Think about what time you went to bed as a child, it might work.)

  4. Get up at the same time in minutes.

In general, tea in my case turned out to be a decisive factor. I had no idea that for years I wanted to sleep all the time because I drink too much tea. Now all day energetic!

The easiest way to restore your daily routine is to stay awake all day, that is, you stay awake all night, and then all day. It is almost impossible not to fall asleep, even coffee may not help, it is better not to drink at all, it will get worse. However, you can exert stress on the brain all day so that it reproduces thoughts, you can also take a walk on the street, the main thing is to just play for time. Then go to bed at 10 or better at 9 pm, this will give more time for sleep, do not forget to set the alarm for an earlier time, for example, at 9 am, unless of course you need to get up earlier. This is so that you do not sleep longer than expected from extreme fatigue. And then everything is simple, you sleep the required amount of time and get up early, but if you still want to sleep, just do the procedure again, do not sleep during the day, and go to bed in the evening.
