That is, if you straighten your hair, you have curly hair, and all curly hair has fluff. Hair can be smoothed out, giving it a good look. When I stopped straightening my hair, I didn’t cut it, I walked around with my hair down all the time, I just pulled my bangs back with hairpins, it was not easy with such hair, it was hot in them, especially in summer. All my friends noticed that my hair had grown a lot, I just stopped straightening it and did nothing with it, did not even cut it! Didn't do any keratin straightening or botox anything like that. I just loved my hair as it is. Only gave a well-groomed look, masks, balms, sprays for easy combing, oils and rarely polish hair.

First, as mentioned above, you still need to cut the dead hair. If at one time it is a pity to remove the entire spoiled length, then do it gradually - at least 4-5 cm per month.

Secondly, for God's sake, don't straighten them already! Well, or at least do it as a last resort. Otherwise, you will get a vicious circle of killing-restoring.

Masks. They really help maintain a healthy look. Everyone knows: cognac + yolk + oil (preferably linseed or olive) + honey.

Rinsing. different herbs according to hair type. Rinsing with onion husks perfectly moisturizes. (Not suitable for blonde hair).

Comb your hair more often, do massage - it will grow faster.
After washing, it is better to dry your hair not with a towel, but with an old cotton T-shirt.

Also, drink fish oil.

The first step is to cut dry / split hair. Not the tips, but how much you need (you still have to cut off all the bad ones).

Further, you can already drink vitamin complexes for women's health or just vitamins b1, b6, b12.

Also, I would advise several times a week at night to apply oil to the roots for nutrition, strengthening and growth of hair (if the hair is closer to thin - most likely, coconut is suitable, if the hair is strong - it can be heavier, for example, burdock, I have with red pepper; olive, grape seed oil - many good ones, who likes which one more). In order not to smudge the pillow and enhance the thermal effect, it is worth wrapping your hair in cellophane or film.

It would be logical to advise you to make a variety of hair masks as often as possible. But, as for me, oil will perfectly cope with any task. But what I like especially about the effect is henna! If you do not want to be stained in zhyry or another shade, take colorless henna. By the way, the red color gives a very beautiful .. but simple paint does not apply to henna, and henna does not wash off (or it is washed off sooo slowly if you regularly make masks).

Do not blow-dry your hair, especially hot air. In general, avoid exposing your hair to high temperatures. The iron, as for me, is generally the biggest trouble for the hair, because it dries them out from all sides, tears, destroys the hair structure.

Avoid walking with a towel wrapped around your hair after a shower for more than 5 minutes.

Avoid brushing wet hair (it will be a problem if your hair is NOT straight and manageable).

Do not dye with aggressive hair dyes, use ammonia-free.

The text is confusing, but I hope it was helpful.
