stop seeing the enemy in drinking, learn to just control the amount and try to find something useful in it, for example, I started to draw when I sip some wine, I always wanted to draw, but as I sat in a pub I drank and started drawing on a napkin then it struck me, on the way home I hooked a bottle of wine in the market and went to paint home, now it's a pleasure for me and I don't see anything wrong with it.

It's certainly strange to hear this from an intellectual, as you say!

1) Before buying alcohol, think about the money you spend on it.

2) Limit the scale holidays.

3) When you go out with friends to nature, walk more there, rather than drink.

4) Stop looking for a moment when you can drink. Consider that every day is the most ordinary.

5) Finally, think about your future family (just a family).
