All cosmetics should be applied with the pads of your fingers - without stretching or pressing on the skin.

The brush should be relaxed, and the fingertips glide smoothly along the skin surface.

If the cream is rather dense or the skin is very thin, for example, around the eyes, then the cream can be applied with light patting movements. It is recommended to do this with your ring finger, as it is the weakest, it is more difficult for them to press too hard on the skin. But personally, I prefer to do it with the middle finger, since I have a light hand, and I have good control over the pressure force with any finger.

Remembering the main massage lines is not difficult - almost all lines go from the center of the face to the periphery. Only in the area under the eyes, on the contrary - from the outer corner of the eye to the inner one. On the front surface of the neck, cosmetics are applied from bottom to top, and on the side, on the contrary, from top to bottom.

It is necessary to take care of the skin of the neck in the same way as for the face, because in this area the skin is thinner, nourishes worse, which means loses its elasticity and ages even faster than the face.

It is necessary to wash with clean (preferably not from the tap) water, cool. Massage in the morning and at night. Use a scrub, cleansing and nourishing masks. Avoid smoking and alcohol. Learn to do facial massage in the morning and evening. Include vitamins in the diet, especially groups B, A, E, C.
