The main thing is discipline and an action plan. It is good if you live alone and can buy food for a certain period of time and prepare healthy food from these foods. Even if you want chips in the evening, you are unlikely to go to the store for them, but at home, as you already understood, they are not :). The second rule is drink a lot! And have a snack. Carry nuts, dried fruits and more with you. If you wanted to eat, you had a snack, and this is a guarantee that you do not attack McDonald's in the evening. Also, being busy during the day helps a lot. You eat at a certain time and are not distracted by chocolates and seagulls. And one more thing, go in for sports. After you've done a great job at the gym, you probably won't want to cross out your work with a hamburger. Good luck :)

I'll say one scary thing now ... you can eat absolutely anything! Of course, if it's edible "anything". Only the calorie deficit matters when it comes to weight loss. It is created either by reducing the calorie content of food, or by increasing physical activity, or both at the same time. Buy a kitchen scale, start an application on your smartphone, just count what you usually eat for a week, without changing anything. Then add up the calories for each day of the week, divide by 7, you get the average calorie content. Subtract 200 from this figure, you get a figure that cannot be exceeded in a day. Now watch your calories and that's it! You can even eat at McDonald's every day, the main thing is not to exceed the calculated rate. If you are completely in trouble with body volume, then after a while, when you get used to consuming a new amount of calories, cut them back, for example, by 100, then by another 100. Just no -500 calories at once! It is stupid, irrational, hopeless and very dangerous - the metabolism will go down, but will not return to normal, you will be even thicker later.

1. Try to sincerely love yourself and your body and be motivated by the fact that you want to bring it closer to your own ideals. Take your time and energy into this. Think about it and imagine, materialize your thoughts. They will minus me, but become a little narcissistic and selfish :)

2. I will not repeat myself, in general - do not make sudden movements, improve your diet and habits gradually

3.Love healthy foods and learn to make them tasty for yourself. You cannot eat only fresh celery - this is normal, almost no one can :) Buy yourself a blender, add fruit to the celery and make a smoothie. Or grind the berries in the same blender and pour this over the cottage cheese. Or bake seasoned vegetables in the oven. Well, it's really tasty

4. Exercise. After an intense workout, it’s a shame to break down, to gorge itself before is simply uncomfortable.

There is not enough motivation for sports - buy yourself a season ticket and cool sportswear

5. You can try to talk about what you have decided to lose weight to someone reputable for you

6. Have a hearty and tasty breakfast. If you really, really want something in the evening, promise it to yourself for breakfast

7. Don't go crazy. Better to eat a quarter of a cheeseburger and go for a run, than not to eat and break the next day for three cheeseburgers, caesar roll, large fries and diet cola

I allowed myself a certain amount of sweets per day. You can eat it in the morning, or you can leave it for the evening. In the morning I ate everything, you endure all day. Or, on the contrary, I saw some kind of cookie and do not eat it, because you know that in two hours you will have lunch with someone, so you will eat yours at this time. And you need to understand that these sweets should fit into your 1000-1200 kk. For example, one or two pieces of chocolate or two small candies. This does not need to be determined in advance, it is better to choose what you want most during the day. Then, psychologically, you do not feel within the limits and less likely to break loose and get drunk like the last pig after a week of hunger strike.

To be honest, it's very difficult for me to motivate myself not to eat for the sake of myself / my weight or even health. Don't eat a cake because it contains milk or eggs (and I am against such treatment of animals) - it is very easy, for me personally, in this case, zero willpower is required, since there is a very simple and understandable reason. Then everything is easier, since in 90% of cases all baked goods and everything harmful contains animal products - so I don't eat them, well, except occasionally. As a result, it turns out that you won't eat anything harmful anyway, so I lost 5 kg on veganism (for me this is a lot, I only weigh 46 kg now). It is clear that the advice is so-so for those who just want to lose weight, and not radically change the perception of the world, so I will add a few life hacks:

  1. The general idea is not to never eat tasty food again, but now there is tasteless dull nasty stuff for the rest of your life, but to accustom yourself to a different diet imperceptibly. If you gradually reduce the amount of sugar and fat, then soon many things will seem unpleasantly sugary (I remember how I quickly lost my liking for ice cream, especially in the heat) or too fatty. I cannot say that now I do not eat any "nasty", but now I just physically cannot eat a lot of it / eat it regularly.

  2. I don't know about you, but being at home, I won't run to the store for rolls. Therefore, it is important to keep healthy and tasty food at home. starving is ineffective in the long run anyway. I mean fruits and vegetables and something else low in calories than you can eat and discourage the desire to eat cake. Yes, and don't go to the store hungry!

  3. Ideally, of course, you need to slowly adjust to a different diet and find what you like in it. For example, I don't really like cereals and potatoes, so I don't really eat them :) But I like giant salads and fruit-based smoothies. To understand this, I first had to learn how to cook just such salads that I like (the right balance of ingredients, dressing, minimum salt, etc.). The standard salad cucumber-tomato-sunflower oil never attracted me, but no one ever forced me to eat just such a salad all my life. In short, this advice can be formulated as follows: experiment with recipes for healthy food!

  4. It's pretty well known that the general idea of losing weight is to eat fewer calories than you consume. It seems to me that it is more convenient to count calories than to delude myself that "I ate nothing at all." This way you can more accurately track that you are definitely eating 200 less calories than you consume, and (which is also important!), On the contrary, you are not starving. Try to visualize calories. Conditional giant salad vs two cookies = same number of calories, but different nutritional values. This awareness helps me.

  5. I would also recommend monitoring the balance of nutrients, for example, using the Cronometer service (although it is in English), but this is really for maniacs :)It is much more important to lose weight not in order to have a model appearance, but for health. You can lose a lot of kg by eating one buckwheat, but even if you do not gain weight back, it may well not be very beneficial for your body. Therefore, it is important for me personally to monitor whether my diet contains enough vitamins and minerals.

It will be much easier for you if you eat it. Sooner or later you will break loose and eat what you have wanted for so long. Set a clear time frame - in 10 days I can "your favorite treat", and every time you roll you will know that you CAN do it,

BUT only after a certain number of days. Psychologically, this is much easier. You limit yourself and you do not limit yourself at the same time. Schrödinger's diet so to speak, ahah.

Yes, I have no idea where to get the "do not eat" motivation. I don’t have it, I prefer to be fat, but happy with life, than to grieve about a diet so that then eat up the brain of my spouse and others.

Try to motivate yourself "not to eat dofigish", and give up purchased semi-finished products, Maynesica, cakes with margarine and other trans fats ... In general, eat as much as you want, but only natural food, cooked by yourself. Eat vegetable salads more often, drink juices (it well interrupts the desire to eat a piece of cake). It helps me to keep my weight in one place and not turn into a lump of fat finally.

In fact, motivation in this matter is a key role.
First, you must clearly understand why you need it? For myself, for the second half, for others. Everything except the first is not the correct answer. Put in your head your ideal image, what you are striving for and with unhurried, correct steps move towards it.
Second, you must understand what you are going for. For example, eating burgers every day, you will not be able to take and switch to the correct diet for the day. Gradually reduce the dose of junk food, over time you will get used to it. For me personally, the most difficult thing was to give up carbonated water. Oh gods, 3 years ago I considered cola ambrosia, I could not imagine how you can not drink this drink of the gods. Gradually I started drinking plain water and eventually gave up soda altogether. The next step was food, it was easy to refuse fast food, but it was more difficult with all sorts of delicious things like cookies, muffins.
Gradually, gradually I stopped taking extra cookies, almost beat myself on the hands, and then how- then imperceptibly I began to refuse from less harmful, but still harmful, food, like fried potatoes (I'm talking about ordinary potatoes, not fries). And so, step by step, I switched to a completely healthy diet:
porridge in the morning, soup for lunch, rice / buckwheat for dinner.
I started to lose weight at 95kg, now I weigh 65 (quite pumped up, the percentage of fat is about 12, I look like a pumped up skinny guy from glossy magazines). It was my dream and in 3 years I have achieved it. I will say right away that at the beginning of training and the correct selection of food I made a lot of mistakes, so looking back, I understand that I could have achieved this result in 1.5 years.

Also try to "stock up" food with yourself, initially it will be difficult and they will look askance at you when your work colleagues / classmates / classmates go to a cafe, and you take out a container of rice and chicken, but after a while they will admire you, your results, your purposefulness.

Motivate yourself, subscribe to the instagram of fitness models, wake up with the thought of where you are going and that if you quit everything now, then there was no point in starting. Just do it, do it for yourself.
And yes, as my beloved George Carlin said:
"Why do you need all these books on motivation? If you made up your mind and came for a book on motivation, then maybe you are already motivated enough ? "

To eat a cookie, you have to buy a cookie. There is one very moronic way for those who cannot resist: find the most expensive delicacy in the area, some kind of foreign garbage of 2000r for 100g. Or a small box of very expensive (I mean very) sweets. Buy it. If you want, eat it right away, if not, wait. But you are guaranteed not to want to spend any more money on cookies. Unless you are supported by someone.
Actually, it turns out very culturally - to drink tea or coffee on a weekend with one small but expensive candy. Many people do this, though not with sweets, but with very small cakes.
