Read a book, preferably an electronic one. It helps me all the time. Someone helps coffee, oddly enough. Raise your legs 45 degrees and support until you get tired.
I read somewhere that while falling asleep, the body temperature of a person decreases. Also, the author of the article advised to take a shower before going to bed, hot, which will help to artificially lower the body temperature (first by increasing it). When I can't sleep, I ventilate the room, while I take a hot bath and go to bed with some boring reading material, sleep comes instantly.
Lie on your back, put your head on the pillow not parallel to your body, but almost at an angle of 90 degrees, resting your back against the headboard, and your chin against your chest. This is not super-comfortable for the head, but after a short time it contributes to the appearance of drowsiness and falling asleep, possibly having already turned over to a more comfortable position.
Not working? Perhaps not all of the work is done. Try to be sensitive to what your body wants, without insisting with your mind when exactly the body should fall asleep. Give freedom to your mind and your body to do whatever they want. Why did you decide that everything was done? If the dream does not go, look where your thoughts are going, perhaps you need to take a pencil and make some kind of sketch of a drawing, write a poem, etc. etc. Allow your urges to express themselves fully so that they leave the mind and body, and you naturally fall asleep, not disturbed by thoughts.
