When you feel that you are about to become embarrassed and blush, take a deep breath through your nose, hold your breath for 2-3 seconds and exhale sharply through your mouth. This should relieve internal stress and prevent redness. If the tension persists after one session, repeat the exercise several times.

If you have a meeting that could potentially embarrass you, prepare in advance. If you have a couple of hours to spare, go jogging or swimming. An hour of sports will help you lower your blood pressure as well as your stress levels. The lower your stress level, the more likely you are not to be embarrassed. If the meeting is sudden, take a few minutes and jump as an exercise. It's not as efficient as an hour of jogging, but better than nothing.
