January, 2021I do not agree with Katya that if you do not eat fast carbohydrates and fatty foods, then everything will be fine. Believe me, you can gain weight on buckwheat (which is actually what bodybuilders prove), the number of calories is crucial, and not where they came from. The advice to achieve a toned body is certainly good and true, but in order to get rid of fat, FIRST, you need to think about the calorie content of the daily diet, and not about what foods to exclude from it

January, 2021If the weight is normal, but there is a lot of fat, then you need not lose weight, but set a goal to achieve a fit body. Proper nutrition and sports will help you with this. Eat fewer simple carbohydrates, avoid combining animal and vegetable fats, drink water, and add cardio to your exercise routine. I myself went this way and I can say with confidence that a good result will not take long.
