Work out a crisp mode. I'm not talking about the "lights out at 22:00, getting up at 7:00" that hesitated from childhood, I'm talking about the habit of going to bed and getting up at the same time. For example, go to bed at 1:00 am and shower at 8:00 am. Or customize this watch for yourself as it suits you best. Yes, there will be a lack of sleep, but this is better than not sleeping at all or in a different way every time.

In this case, the issue of productivity arises. Personally, a cold shower in the morning helps me wake up. Yes, before it seemed to me wild, they say, how can you quickly get up in the morning, go to the bathroom, take off your clothes and stand under the icy water? But believe me, it's worth it. Just tighten up once, then it will be easier. It invigorates as it should.

To have enough energy for a long time, you need breakfast. In the morning, eat more fats and proteins - this way the body will have a supply of energy for a decent amount of time.

Further, the whole technology is "how to work". Determine the amount of work, the time you have, and divide everything into parts. For example, you have a lot of work to do, before lunch and after. Do 1/3 before lunch, reward yourself with something tasty at lunch, and then march the remaining 2/3.

If you, like me, do not feel sorry for your cardiovascular system and liver - coffee is your way out. But I strongly advise you not to get carried away with this, I barely got rid of a very real caffeine addiction.

Productive work for you and sound sleep :))

I tried to solve the problem of how to learn to get up early in the morning, for many years, 7-8 years for sure !!! Finally I solved it, now I'll tell you exactly how I did it and how to do it for you.

Looking ahead, I can say that, first of all, the following helped me:

  1. To feel the TASTE of an EARLY rise, to understand how USEFUL it is for my life, body, soul - and, as a result, PASSIONALLY WANT IT. I get up early not because I SHOULD, but because I WANT, I really enjoy it!

  2. Support of like-minded people in the KR project.

These are the two most important ingredients, and now about the intricacies of this path.

Before moving on to how to wake up early, get up and not lie back, without any alarms, without torment, I will tell you why you need it. If there is no understanding of the importance of early rise and the impact on your life, then the chances of introducing it into your life will be much less.
