Walking keeps fit. If there is a route from the school through the park closer to home, I advise you to start walking more.

Gain somewhere 300-500 calories a day with food. Not more. The first visible results will be in a week. If you continue further, then weight loss will go quickly. You can eat all sorts of jellies, fruits, berries, do not overeat and or do not eat them all day :). Drink only water. Drink a lot. Tested by me personally, during my illness. I lost weight great, even my belly decreased.
