Answer 1
January, 2021For a couple of days there are hours until 5-6 pm, depending on when you go to bed. Then only water. Appetite will definitely wake up in the morning.
Usually those who like to eat mostly in the evening and at night do not eat breakfast.
Answer 2
January, 2021First of all, ask yourself a question: why don't you want to have breakfast? Maybe you overeat at night? Or do you start your morning with a cup of coffee all your life? Here the question is in the correct diet.
Dinner should be made as light as possible. People are used to not eating for half a day, and in the evening to make up for these losses. This option is the most common and most harmful to health. You need to eat consistently throughout the day, and breakfast should be as complete and energetic as possible! It is in the morning that the human body (especially the brain!) Needs nourishment, and this is by no means a cup of coffee.
To come to this, you should try to have dinner with a glass of kefir or a little cottage cheese (a light dinner made from protein products). And by morning you will be hungry! And there you won't even have to force your body, it will want to eat itself :)
Let not the next day, but in a week it is quite possible to retrain yourself and learn how to eat breakfast normally in the morning. Good luck!
Answer 3
January, 2021I'll tell you how it worked in my case.
Often, apparently, this happens due to the lack of an even regime, because I did not eat anyone in the morning until I was 18 (I didn't want to, that's all here). Then came various kinds of responsibilities, which hammered the time and it was no longer possible to eat "when you want" and had to allocate a specific time of each day for meals, as well as determine a clear time for going to bed. After all this, every day I woke up:
1-2 weeks - with a feeling, like "chewing something"
2-3 weeks - with slight hunger
4 weeks - "urgently feed me. "Now, I practically do not skip breakfast (except when you can't eat in the morning). And by the way, I only feel better)
Answer 4
January, 2021Try to eat simple and light meals first: cookies, fruits, always with a glass of juice / water / tea (to be emphasized). I agree with my colleagues about a glass of water.
Answer 5
January, 2021If you get up and you don't feel hungry, do you think you should definitely cram food into yourself? The colleagues were right about the glass of water. Regardless of the temperature, water helps to start the food system, thins the blood and sends a signal to the brain to start working. Moreover, high-quality mineral water will make this process most effective. And so, you got up, drank water and start preparing for the future day (shower, toilet, collecting bags, ironing clothes, etc.). Gradually, you will feel hungry. If the feeling of hunger does not come for some time, but it's time for work. There are several options. 1. Systematize the process. For example porridge in the morning. First week 1-2 spoons + tea. The second week 2-3 spoons + tea, the third 3-4 and so on and you will come to your full plate of porridge. Option 2. Food in liquid form. The digestive system, after exercise or sleep, responds favorably to food in liquid form. Take a blender, add 1 or 1.5 banana, plain yogurt, a little granola and a teaspoon of honey, scroll through the whole thing and now your cocktail is ready for energy in the morning. Moreover, this option is mobile. And you can enjoy it on the way to work.)))

Answer 7
January, 2021Drink a glass of water, but not after your morning routine, but immediately when you wake up.
Then go clean your teeth and gradually your body will start to wake up.
And also, not eat up at night and in the evening it is generally better to eat something light.
Answer 8
January, 2021We must do it gradually, start very small, for example, tea with a couple of cookies. Over time, the body gets used to having breakfast and starts to want to eat in the morning, then start eating normal food. That's the whole secret 😉
