Mask with garlic and honey

Ingredients

• fresh chopped garlic (1 tsp);
• liquid flower honey (1 teaspoon).

Choose ripe garlic, free from mechanical damage, stains and cracks on the skin. Peeled cloves should be firm, smooth, slightly elastic and free from defects.

Cooking process

• Take a glass or ceramic container and finely grate a few cloves of garlic to obtain the required amount.
• Pour a spoonful of honey into the garlic gruel and mix thoroughly.

Lemon juice and chamomile mask

Ingredients

• a decoction of chamomile (2 tablespoons);
• egg white (1 pc.);
• lemon juice (1/2 teaspoon).

Cooking process

• To prepare the broth, place 4 tbsp. tablespoons of dry crushed chamomile in a non-metallic bowl, pour 200 ml of boiling water, close with a tight lid and heat in a water bath for 30 minutes. Strain after cooling.
• Whisk the protein until a dense foamy state.
• While stirring, add chamomile broth and lemon juice to the protein.
