January, 2021This is the main question of all life. I am a lark, and my wife is an owl and it would seem that you can forget about sleeping together, but!
The first 4 years helped lovemaking (after them both want to sleep)))
But 5 year and, apparently, another couple of years - this is a child.
The first method, of course, is more pleasant, but the second is much more effective.

January, 2021In general, not very difficult. I have been living with an "owl" for 4 years, a lark herself. In the hostel, when each neighbor had an absolutely different daily routine, earplugs and bandages for sleeping, tea with thyme helped. Now I do without them, and most often it is difficult to fall asleep in absolute silence.
A couple can try to synchronize their sleep patterns. For example, a lark and an owl agree to go to bed an hour later and earlier, respectively. And so gradually, one hour at a time, approach one sleep time.

January, 2021"Skylark" and "owl" are symptoms, not disease. You most often get up early - it means you are an early riser; you get up late - an owl. The reasons for this can be very different - someone simply "throws up" at 7 am, someone cannot go to bed without reading the entire Internet (or until the birds wake up, which will happen first).
In order for people with different habits to get along, you need to understand the reasons for these habits. Some of them will have to be abandoned, new ones developed. You need to synchronize the daily routine so that there is time for each other. If you can't go to sleep together, then at least not interfere with your wakefulness.
