I don't like the wording "force". How can you make you love (no matter what)? Maybe you should learn how to cook vegetables properly. Experiment with different cooking methods, techniques, spices, sauces.

One hundred pounds. Meat and vegetables complement each other. Without vegetables, meat is less digestible and burdens the digestive tract, which requires fiber to function properly.

You can try making cauliflower. I personally find it difficult to imagine who might not like it if done correctly. Recipe: toss cauliflower into boiling water for 2 minutes, then remove and immerse in cold water for 10 seconds (so that it remains warm inside), then add a little butter there, salt and sprinkle with bread crumbs.

You can also make various stews so that vegetables are drowned in meat juice. For example: fry the onion and then throw in the minced meat and grated carrots, add spices to taste, throw in blanched tomatoes and simmer this business for 10 minutes (you can less, you can more - you need to experiment).

And also you can motivate yourself from the opposite: for this you will need to somehow get drunk on meat, so that it loads the stomach and for a while ceases to attract anything at all. It will be necessary to get out of this state somehow. At first, you probably won't want to eat anything, but without waiting for the feeling of hunger, you can start eating vegetables (for some reason, juicy red bell peppers seem to be an ideal option for me). In theory, vegetables should have a positive effect on the digestive process, which will help to gain a feeling of lightness and the need to eat vegetables should become obvious.

It is possible that a lot depends on what kind of vegetables you like and how they are prepared.

You can try some of the less common types of vegetables - spinach, broccoli, cauliflower, different types of salads ... You can add them to dishes that you like, for example, to something like chili with beans (minced meat) not only onions, carrots and garlic are perfectly added, but also bell peppers and, for example, broccoli. By the way, don't be afraid of frozen vegetables! They are often even better quality or ripe than fresh ones. And, of course, they are cheaper and more affordable, especially if you can find loose ones.

You can also experiment with spices. For example, in Indian cuisine, there are many vegetable dishes (such as curry), which on the one hand can be supplemented with a protein source (chickpeas, tofu or meat), and on the other hand, their taste is primarily determined by the spices. So if you add, for example, spinach or cauliflower, then their taste will not be very strong due to the spices.

If we are talking about salads, then you can try to move away from the standard "tomatoes + cucumbers "or" carrots + cabbage "to something more non-trivial. For example, you can try this: tomatoes, lettuce, coarsely grated carrots, arugula, parsley, a little red onion. You can also experiment with dressings, for example, mix oil, wine, vinegar, lemon juice, salt and pepper. I also like to add lightly toasted pumpkin and sesame seeds. Good luck! Vegetables are not so scary :)
