Plain water contains trace elements. Water is one of the sources of microelements replenishment of our organism. Therefore, when a person begins to consume distilled water on a regular basis, the water does not wash out trace elements, but simply does not replenish them in the body.

Water is probably the best solvent on the planet. Distilled water better removes waste products, salts and toxins from the body.

The question of how harmful it is, in my opinion, is extremely controversial, tk. the body practically does not receive any microorganisms from water. Their main source is food.
