How should a dietary supplement be taken if I plan to drink vitamin D, chelate / ferritin, folate, collagen capsules, omega-3 and B-12 every day?
It is important for me to know which drug after meals / before meals ; which one must drink / which one is not.
What else is worth knowing when starting a similar course?
