January, 2021I didn't know that I have bipolar. I found out only now, at 19. She walks my hand with anorexia, which happens quite often. I have always attributed depressive episodes to undernutrition, and I considered mania as a reward for my “good” eating behavior. But I'm not quite up to the limit in both phases. Most people, as I understand it, are much worse off with this. Anorexia is more of a problem for me. Although who knows, I do not know how it was without bipolar. How to distinguish from others has no idea at all, even if I didn't even notice it. Yes, and I am not yet very well versed in this topic, since until they told me, I heard only somewhere out of the corner of my ear. On the other hand, I can distinguish RPE (eating disorder) from attracting attention by one or two times :)

January, 2021At least, schoolgirls talk about it too often, want to show themselves "not like everyone else." It's hard to find an example of such words, but I think the essence is clear. These schoolgirls do not understand that this is a burden, and not a distinctive characteristic of a person.
Truly sick people with bipolar disorder, and indeed any mental disorder (other than victim syndrome), will not spread.
A separate conversation about adolescence, it is characterized, as you know, by the instability of the emotional state. And even if the patient has a mild disorder, he will behave more for no reason than adolescents. It is not known what prompted a sharp decline in emotions at that moment.
