By the way, if you find it hard to give up a certain diet or are worried about the constant feeling of hunger, you can add a daily intake of Fibraxin, it helps to control appetite and not overeat. At the same time absolutely natural and healthy;
  • don't start the diet abruptly, reduce calories gradually, let the body adapt.

I subscribe to the above and I can say one thing - there is almost always a replacement for everything non-dietary - look at the Dukanovites - how much they cook delicious instead of what is impossible. I have been replacing sugar with a substitute for several years now and do not want any regular chocolates or cakes. The most delicious thing for me (something that you can please yourself with) is a plate of berries with sakhzam and cinnamon, or Adyghe cheese with cocoa and coconut dietary syrup.

Diet is a long and gradual process, if you want visible results. These are the general trends.

  1. Don't think that cutting back is diet. At the table, say: "I will eat as little as I can and reduce the amount of food as much as I feel comfortable." Don't mentally force your stomach to prepare for every meal. Some strange advice, but it worked for me in the first two weeks while I was adapting to the reduced diet.

  2. Gradually, adjust your diet to the chosen diet, do not cut your food too abruptly. When the stomach got used to a large volume and then (oh gods) the dinner that he was waiting for did not reach, he begins to get angry and capricious. Ask to replenish stocks of various kinds of carbohydrates, some kind of chocolate. This is the main reason why we fail.

  3. Go in for sports and a lot of work. This distracts from food and shameful pleas of the stomach to run for a tempting sweet yogurt.

  4. Drink water. Imagine this is your cocktail of the week. Drink like it's Friday every day. For believability, you can add a slice of lime there. Generally chic and pathos!

But there are really no rules. Make your diet comfortable and you will succeed. PS: I was on low carb and it was great, I could even eat meat as much as I wanted.
