Osteochondrosis is a disease of office workers. A sedentary lifestyle and age-related changes led to persistent neck pain. Only chondroprotectors save. Recently I discovered a drug that quickly relieves inflammation, improves the mobility of the vertebrae. Alflutop acts very quickly, and most importantly it lasts for a long time. I haven’t found the best remedy yet, although I tried a lot of pills and injections.

Osteochondrosis is a disease of the spine, in which degenerative changes occur in the cartilage of the intervertebral discs, which leads to reactive processes in the surrounding tissues. The disease can occur in various parts of the spine, including the neck.

Treatment of cervical osteochondrosis of the spine comes down to two components: pharmacotherapy and physiotherapy. Physiotherapy in this case is physiotherapy exercises and therapeutic massage, which should be trusted by specialist doctors, and on the other hand, you need to spend more time exercising and visiting the pool. Pharmacotherapy of osteochondrosis is the use of chondroprotectors.

Chondroprotectors are drugs that protect cartilage from further destruction and help restore them. As a result, unpleasant symptoms, including pain, are relieved. I can recommend Alflutop because its composition is as close as possible to the cartilage matrix and it significantly increases the level of hyaluronic acid in the cartilage, as well as relieves pain caused by their damage.

A short course of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, such as ibuprofen or nimesulide (the latter is much less harmful to the stomach), will help directly relieve pain. The same drugs help with local exposure, better in the form of gels. And to support the neck in the correct position and relax the spasmodic muscles (and such a spasm, or "block", also causes pain!) Will help a bandage on the cervical spine, or Shants collar. In addition, its mild warming effect will enhance the absorption of pain relieving gels. By the way, it is necessary to support the aching neck (and help the muscles to relax) during sleep - with the help of an orthopedic pillow.

Good afternoon! As mentioned above, with osteochondrosis, intervertebral discs undergo dehydration, as a result of which protrusions appear, and then hernias.

There is a technique for restoring intervertebral discs called "Internal local decompression", developed in the late 90s by Axiom Worldwide, USA, in collaboration with NASA scientists.

Treatment is carried out on devices DRX9000 (lumbar) and DRX9500 (cervical), using state-of-the-art technology that relieves pinched nerves with gradual, targeted action. In the course of treatment, the intervertebral space increases, the hernial protrusion decreases, the external ligaments and muscles are strengthened, the hydrophilicity and mass of the disc increase. During the procedure, only the treated segment is exposed, and the entire spine remains at rest. A pump effect is created inside the segment. The intervertebral disc gains mass, restores volume. The percentage of the herniated body weight to the disc body weight changes significantly. The hernia stops pressing the nerve root, i.e. be aggressive, and due to the pseudovacuum effect, it is gradually partially "drawn" inward. The main thing is not that the hernia disappears (more often it decreases significantly in size), the main thing is that the pain goes away. The course of treatment consists of 20 procedures on the DRX9000 apparatus and 18 procedures on the DRX9500 apparatus. The course of treatment can be taken at the AXIOM Medical Center. In parallel, we work with a muscle corset using the methods of manual therapy, massage, physiotherapy. At the final stage, we connect exercises on the Exart apparatus. Result: 95% without repeated visits to spinal doctors within 5 years (the observed period).
