They are quickly absorbed and give an instant flow of energy. Complex ones are rice, Greek, pasta, oatmeal. These carbohydrates take longer to digest and gradually release energy. Eat oatmeal in the morning - you will not feel hunger during the day. If you started to lose weight, but also eat protein foods (meat, dairy products). Muscles are built on their basis.
