Well) Take more vegetables and fruits, vitamin complexes, do not sit on low-fat diets, eat unprocessed vegetable oils (not fried, i.e.). Read more tips here:

Eat a balanced diet, eat a variety of vegetables and fruits, at least 400 g of vegetables and 400 g of fruits per day. Prophylactic multivitamin complexes can also be used.
