It's good that you asked this question, this is the first step to healing. The second step is to determine what you want to feel towards the people around you, things, instead of hate. When a clear goal is set - to look for ways to achieve it that are right for you: meditations, physical activity, car repair, in general, some kind of activity that you like, with the help of which you seem to disconnect from the outside world and are present in the present moment. Plus, the elimination of annoying factors from life, regular nutrition and prolonged sleep. This will be enough for the first time, and then your sincere desire to become calmer will suggest the best course of action.

I cannot help you cure, or at least classify this phenomenon. But on the other hand, I will advise - by the time it rolls over, look for a place for maximum privacy, away from home. If you live in a village, a place is desirable in a city, albeit a small one. If you live in a city, then vice versa. And so that there is no one nearby who surrounds you in everyday life. Walk more there. It should work!
