How to cope with anxiety disorder in isolation?

I have been suffering from anxiety disorder, panics, all that for quite some time. I was treated quite effectively by a psychiatrist, it seemed that here are a couple more techniques, and I will feel more or less like a person. But here's an epidemic, isolation. For almost 2 months I have been on the street 3 times, what are the receptions there. Therefore, rollback after rollback began. In principle, now my doctor may already be working, but in the near future I will hardly get to him anyway. So I need advice on how not to go crazy in the next couple of weeks. I am very tormented by the cloudiness in my eyes, this nasty veil (whoever has come across such sores - surely understands), insufficient sleep (I catch up early in the morning and cannot fall asleep, but during the day I cut myself down like a marmot), well, and a banal baseless fear for my health and anxiety ... I ask the specialists to respond, because mega-original advice from the category of "well, don't be afraid" or "drink some soothing tea" will not help
