You cannot combine in one day, there will be no effect. Functional trainings develop mobility to a greater extent, they are high-speed. Power ones, on the contrary, are designed to pump muscles. They go well together, but alternating on different days. For example, one week like this, another like this. Again, it all depends on what you want to achieve, if "for yourself" and without a specific goal, that is, general development - follow my advice. Otherwise, I still recommend consulting a fitness trainer.
