To calm down after a scandal, you need to try to abstract yourself from the situation. Get distracted by something else - like cooking your favorite meal, going for a walk in the fresh air, or just stand there and look out the window. Try not to think about the conflict.

Any scandal is emotions and a lot of adrenaline. To calm down, you should reduce or neutralize it.

The easiest way is to use physical work or sports.

You can do stress exercises for yourself right after the scandal, so that it’s hard: 30-50-100 push-ups (depending on from your physical form), 100-150-200 jumps on your haunches, or go outside and walk at a brisk pace (20-30 minutes), or run.

Or start moving furniture, mopping floors or hand washing .

And after all, take a shower "with your head", because water washes away negativity very well and relaxes
