How to become superman?

The answer is simple, no way. Just being yourself as you are, and not trying to be what you are not. In nature, nothing is perfect. Even the ugliest in your opinion is perfect, because it has its universal purpose. The duality of our mind makes us see in a distorted and illusory form, which makes a person strive for ghostly ideas and non-existent ideals. Our mind (mind) is a mask put on our essence, which makes us identify with what we are not. When the mask falls, you will see how perfect you are and there will be no obstacles for you. You do not even suspect how superhuman you are. The mask of the mind does not allow you to see it with which you are identified. The mind, in order to maintain its power, creates for us constant illusions that we have to achieve something. At our core, we are all perfect and perfect. The illusion of the mind prevents us from seeing it. Therefore, all teachers, at all times, said wake up. Jesus said to his students, wake up, i.e. come in awareness.
