The painfulness of removal, of course, depends directly on anesthesia, that is, on local anesthesia ("anesthesia" means general anesthesia, in this case there is no consciousness). However, it is not in vain that all doctors unanimously urge to treat teeth without exacerbation! Because during an exacerbation of the chronic process of inflammation, the effect of anesthesia is much more difficult.

If we talk about the complexity of removal, then one hundred percent can say that the upper wisdom teeth are removed many times easier than the lower ones. This is due to the more complex anatomy of the root system of the lower wisdom teeth - their position, inclination, the ratio of the roots of the adjacent tooth, proximity to the mandibular nerve.

Naturally, each person's anatomical complexity varies and is purely individual, which means that it is impossible tell in advance about the complexity of the procedure without an X-ray.

And remember! The surest way is prevention;)

I removed in an ordinary state clinic, but with paid (they say, "improved") anesthesia. A couple of injections, wait 10 minutes, the removal process itself is not felt from the word at all.

The most important thing! After 2 hours (or as long as the doctor advises), do not forget to drink the pain reliever in advance! I hoped and decided to wait until he let go: "What if it won't hurt?" And then I waited 40 minutes impatiently for the pill to work :).

If the case is not complicated and the doctor is good, everything will be a bunch. I went to be removed as if to be shot, I heard a lot of horror stories - and in the end, they took out my tooth so quickly that I didn't even immediately understand. Don't go anywhere, choose a normal clinic.
