Move a lot and eat without snacks, only 3 times a day, after 19-20 do not eat. Drink plenty of water and walk more, at least 10,000 steps daily. This recipe works :)
Of course, dieting is exhausting and a special responsibility. You need to monitor nutrition, count calories and prepare only a certain menu. But in principle, this can be avoided if you follow certain rules:
in autumn, start taking vitamin D, it will provide strength and energy, so it will be easier to give up sweet and junk food;
try to walk more, try to give up the elevator. Climbing every day on foot, you can keep your body in good shape;
keep an eye on your drinking regime, because usually in cold weather, difficulties begin with this moment;
and give up diets, because usually we hear that we are now singing, and by the spring I will go on a diet ... You can't do that, try to keep yourself in shape all year round and then you won't have to lose weight and exhaust yourself with diets.
