March, 2021It all depends on what you need the sport for! If you need it in order to maintain a figure or build muscle, then I think that 2-3 times a week for 1 hour will be enough (given your workload). And of course, do not forget about proper nutrition.

March, 2021If you do not play sports professionally or seriously enough, at least 3-4 times a week with a minimum duration of 20-30 minutes is enough to MAINTAIN yourself in proper physical shape. Subject to proper nutrition.
If you do not limit yourself in your diet, and always eat to the full, including sweet, flour and fatty, even 3-4 exhausting workouts per week for 2-3 hours each will not drive the whole excess fat (personal experience)
