Music can have a significant impact on a purely mental state, I can say this as a repulsed music lover. Heaviness in the head, general low perception, detachment, etc ... Depends partly on the genre and volume. According to the article (http://www.otoskop.ru/rus/2009/09/bezopasnoe-i-kachestvennoe-proslushivanie-muzyki-v-pleere/) continuous listening to music for more than 5 hours can be dangerous for your hearing.
It is recommended to listen to music for 1 hour and take breaks for 30-60 minutes. As for loudness, the maximum threshold recommended by doctors is 85 dB.
