My sister always had low blood pressure, but somehow she didn't really notice it. And one summer, in extreme heat, she felt like a semi-faint state. A friend brought her home. My sister is 16 years old, she was taken to the doctors, they said that she had hypotension. Almost all young girls now have it. There is nothing to fear. But somehow my sister did not feel very well. Now the head is dizzy in the morning, then sick. They began to examine very carefully. Even the gynecologist examined. As a result, they said that this is a hypotonic type of VSD. We must drink Eleutherococcus, ginseng. All will pass. I drank everything, nothing went away and did not get better. Mom found the Kiev clinic of chronomedicine "Resonance" on the Internet. They turned, they examined the sister. Prescribed herbal tinctures selected for her. Only those that suit her. We calculated the number of drops of each of the selected tinctures and the time of taking them. Our girl started treatment. Two months later, she was unrecognizable. The main thing is that her blood pressure has returned to normal. So now a year and a half has passed since she was treated in the clinic, there are no complaints and the pressure is completely normal.

VSD is not a diagnosis, but a manifestation of disorders in the autonomic nervous system, usually as a result of a panic attack or severe stress. It arises from the trigger of similar situations and the fear that this violation will appear, in essence, a normal conditioned reflex.

A variant of self-relieving of the VSD and the causes of this symptom complex is to learn self-regulation through self-hypnosis and self-hypnosis. An option for eliminating VSD through a specialist is hypnocorrection or hypnotherapy.

It turned out that my cousin after giving birth six months later began to complain of severe headaches. Then the heartbeats began, I could not count. She said that it was over 100. They decided that she would stop feeding because her health was getting worse. They thought that they should have a good sleep at night, that it was from overwork. They gave her the opportunity to sleep off, rest. But it didn't get better. Passed a full examination by a cardiologist. Diagnosis - vegetative-vascular dystonia of cardiac type. They said it was nothing serious. No treatment was prescribed either. Soothing agents and that's it. Nothing worked. We contacted the Resonance medical center in Kiev, our friends advised us. You know, she was examined immediately and prescribed herbal tinctures (pharmacy). True, they were selected in a certain way. The sister took the drops for two months and forgot about her ailments. Therefore, I decided to everyone who has such diseases so that they know about such a clinic "Resonance".

I'll tell you how a person whose health was spoiled by this diagnosis.

During school time I often suffered from headaches, was wild laziness, fell asleep difficult, lethargy, because of this there were difficulties in communication, thank God , not always, since the class was not bad, they did not get it.

Parents were worried, turned to the pediatrician, I was always put on VSD, prescribed a course of treatment, in the form of glycine and B vitamins and .. that's it. A couple of times, when I already went to the local neurologist, I was taken to the physical room for a 10-day course, then I was once at the day hospital, where I was given Cavinton. Then, when I once again, after the course stopped working, came to a neurologist, she sent me to a psychiatrist, where he said that the VSD type does not exist, worry less and there will be no illness and symptoms. I, like that, ok.

Then I became a student, there was no desire to go to the local hospital, and at the student's I was diagnosed with cervical osteochondrosis, where my vessels were already unrealistically compressed, my spine was curved (I did not feel that I do not see this, it is noticeable only on the shoulder blades). The problem was this, but now my spine cannot be straightened, and the problem cannot be completely solved, since the whole process has started and I am unrealistically suffering with it.

In fact, the doctors in my hospital could check it, had to, as I often asked, draw the attention of parents to the fact that vision is falling for a reason (I turned to the ophthalmologist). It's just that my neck didn't hurt much and that's it, but since it doesn't hurt, it means that I invented everything and the lazy shkolotron. And now my life is a visit to the hospital at least once every six months, if I'm lucky.

Advice to parents and young children. Take care of your health yourself and do not rely on doctors, or on very good ones and ask for an examination if there are suspicions.

And, yes, VSD does not really exist, and if you have been given it, then think about competence doctor.

If a doctor has established this diagnosis for you, then go to a normal doctor, since this diagnosis is absolutely and exclusively "soviet" and is nowhere else in the world. It's like being "idiopathic", that is, nothing. Terribly angry, I see the code in patients in the extracts of VSD!

I'm not a doctor, but I was diagnosed at the age of 7, probably because there were frequent headaches, they could not explain. After MRI of the brain and blood vessels, the diagnosis of VSD was made. They said that the age will pass. 22 years old, nothing has changed, my head hurts and hurts. So it is not diagnosed in any way. How many doctors I visited, they said nothing new. The only doctor recently explained that headaches are often due to tension, overwork, responsibility, etc. As a way out - sedative drops / teas, if it doesn't help - a psychologist. But a psychologist will not help if you already wake up with a headache or it appears when you sleep, for no apparent reason. There is no such diagnosis, and foreign scientists do not recognize it. This is a purely Russian diagnosis, and historically it has worked out to this day. Everyone has a disorder of vegetative-vascular dystonia. And in this diagnosis, as in the trash heap, is put what is not clear to the doctor. The diagnosis is especially popular for people at a young age, when the nervous system has not yet been established.

Usually diagnosed like this. Let's say that blood pressure is high or low, there are arrhythmia jogging, as soon as the pressure starts to rise slightly at a young age, the diagnosis of VSD begins. We had such a famous professor Wei, he became the founder of the doctrine of the VSD, although it has been known for more than a hundred years, and the "excited heart of a soldier" was called, and various diarrheal manifestations related to it. It is no longer necessary to talk about such a collective diagnosis. Purely Russian diagnosis and purely Russian treatment: if there is no diagnosis, then there is no treatment, of course, but what to treat?

Nothing. Because diagnosis implies that the final diagnosis will eventually be made, but here's the thing, the diagnosis of VSD does not exist anywhere in the world, including in ICD-10. There are similar conditions, Somatoform dysfunction of the autonomic nervous system (F45.3 in ICD-10) and Disorders of the autonomic (autonomic) nervous system (G90 in ICD-10). The last of the problems, as a rule, has a clear symptomatology, which is a consequence of the presence of a problem in a specific part of the brain that regulates the activity of the autonomic nervous system, this disease is treated by a neurologist, after an appropriate examination. And somatoform dysfunction is entirely the bread of psychiatrists and psychotherapists, and only they have the right to make such a diagnosis, as well as to treat the disease. From which it follows that if a patient at the doctor's appointment complains of any typical signs of a malfunction of the autonomic nervous system, first of all it is necessary to exclude other nosologies that may cause such symptoms, if after a standard examination (OAK, OAM, Biochemistry blood, ECG, analysis of thyroid hormones, neurological examination), no reasons were identified, that is, there are two ways: 1) Expand the range of diagnostic search, including rare diseases that can occur with violations from the NS 2) If point 1 did not lead to any - either the results and all organic pathologies are excluded, then the patient should be advised to consult a psychiatrist or psychotherapist for conversations, prescribing tranquilizers and antidepressants, because all disorders are of a purely functional nature and are completely reversible. The doctor should advise the patient to lead a correct lifestyle: diet, sleep, correct work and rest regimen, exclusion of strong stress factors and stuff like that, the psychotherapist will tell you in more detail.
Therefore, if a therapist puts you VSD, then at least he should advise you to undergo a full examination in accordance with gender, age and anamnesis, then we can say that the doctor is competent, after which, if no problems are identified, refer to another doctor of the required profile .

PS It is unrealistic to anger the fact that in Soviet times, patients with whom they did not want to mess with and who had everything normal according to their analyzes, were "fed" with this diagnosis recklessly, which is why the opinion about this took deep roots in society, and now even parents are diagnosed your child has VSD in no time, especially if "heredity is burdened." Say, I also had all this, which means that the child has all the problems from this, "it will outgrow and pass." It's good when it's really "VSD" or when parents take their child to a doctor and he understands the situation, but there are such moments when the symptoms of a specific disease are ignored, under the auspices of, they say, this is all VSD, at your age I had the same thing, there is nothing to steam - it will pass by itself, because of which timely treatment is not provided and various donors developopinions.
