It depends on what you mean by effectiveness ...)

Are effective for weight loss - yes.

Are effective for pumping up the ass - no.

Training is not harmful if you are physically prepared for it. I can't say that CrossFit will work for beginners. You need a good respiratory system and a normal cardio zone.

Even some adult men at the first workout spit out lunch ...
