since you are asking about this on the Internet, it might be worth looking for those with whom you can talk about your problem, on specialized psychological forums or any other social platforms. this is a good solution if there is no one to discuss live with, and if you do not want to open up to unknown therapists, or you are not sure if the sessions are worth the money. even if you run into homebrew psychologists (like me;)) with stupid useless advice, it will still feel like support for the plan that someone is paying attention to you and your problems. this is often exactly what people need to cope with psychological difficulties - to know that at least somewhere, someone cares a little.
The main criterion for dissatisfaction with life as a whole or with its individual aspects (dissatisfaction with love / friendship / parent-child relationships, health, lifestyle, emotional state, professional realization, financial condition) is not situational, but systematic.
There is no such recipe that would definitely allow everyone in any situation to understand whether he should go to a psychotherapist. But if you have doubts or if it bothers your loved ones or friends, it might be worth talking to a good specialist
If you ask such a question, then probably it's time. Even if there are no serious problems, a visit to a specialist never hurts. On condition, of course, if finances permit.
