January, 2021Good afternoon!
Perhaps you wanted to ask not about psychological, but about mental health? If so, let's look at one point from psychiatry. What is the difference between neurosis and psychosis (read, borderline disorder from illness)? The fact that the "border guard" understands that everything connected with his condition is unreal and the problem is in the person himself - he understands that something is wrong with him. The real patient is sure that he is normal and he even accepts hallucinations as reality. Thus, since a mentally ill person is not able to adequately assess his condition (in a state of exacerbation, in remission, a person is able to see his abnormality of behavior / perception), then he himself cannot determine his health. This assessment can be given by psychiatrists or clinical psychologists.
Good luck!

January, 2021go to a psychotherapist, he will quickly help you deal with your anxiety, or do yoga, she will quickly teach you how to deal with anxiety
Answer 3
January, 2021There are no psychologically healthy people. Everyone is somewhere in the range from an absolutely insane mentally ill person to an absolutely mentally healthy person.
If it seems to you that you are not like everyone else, I can assure you that you are. And this is very good! Each person is unique, and striving to be like everyone else is not worth it. So you don't need any psychotherapist. Over time, separate the flies from the cutlets and there will be no doubt that you are not like everyone else)

January, 2021Pavel, in order to understand that you are psychologically healthy, you must first understand that there is "mental" health (the absence of mental illness: schizophrenia, various psychoses), and "psychological" health (which is associated with the norm in psychological processes). / p>
To determine "mental" health, you need to test yourself against 6 main indicators, which are usually assessed by a specialist. These include: self-criticism, the ability to see yourself from the outside, the ability to navigate your inner world, the integrity of your personality, etc.
As for "psychological" health, it will be difficult to find a definite answer here, because as each person, according to one or another indicator, has both strengths and weaknesses. And therefore, all people, in part, are not completely psychologically healthy.
But this does not prevent them from being normal, full-fledged people.
As for your doubts about their "abnormality" , then it looks more like obsessive thoughts associated with fears of not being like everyone else.
Therefore, if such a state does not go away by itself, then it is better to work it out with a psychologist so that it does not turn into obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), and would not be life-threatening.
