I realized that my body is not a garbage dump, and I am what I eat. imagine the conditions in which chips, croutons and the like are made. low price - the result of low-quality raw materials, cheap flavor enhancers, preservatives, as well as terrible sanitary and hygienic conditions. just imagine how much you have already eaten harmful, poisoning your body. you won't want it anymore, I suppose. and every time you want to sin and eat this 'for the last time', remember how and from what it was made.

I had to give up many foods and go on a strict diet due to health problems. Gastritis, ulcers and all that. It was easy not to eat something that immediately started heartburn, stomach pains and other unpleasant symptoms.
