Smoked for about 35 years, maybe a little more. Recently I have vykulted at least two packs a day, sometimes three. Every night I woke up to smoke - coughing soul. Heartburn practically did not disappear. Not a single heartburn pill worked for more than 10 minutes. Saved only soda, and then for 1.5-2 hours. This is a preface. I threw it long and hard, 8-10 times, withstood it in different ways, from 2 months to almost 2 years, then I started again. I do not know why. The dose, in ayurenyh packs, if it decreased, then only the first week or two, then everything fell into place, just like the cough with heartburn. Then I tuned in for some time, 2-4 months, and started throwing again. And as I already wrote, this was repeated 8-10 times. In most cases, subsequent cases of smoking cessation were calmer and more successful, but 2-3 times it was much more difficult. I drank pills all the time. Every time the same. I don't know if it's possible to write their name here because of advertising, so I won't name them, I will say that they are not often advertised on TV, namely tablets. Naturally, for the first 2-3 months, I also had to suck on sweets, gnaw seeds or chew gum. The main thing is to drink the whole pack of pills (which I did not always do since I had already quit smoking), there are 100 of them and strictly according to the instructions. I smoked by time, timed it by clock, smoked - timed it. Treatment begins with 6 tablets per day. The first day, of course, it is difficult to switch from 2 packs to 6 cigarettes, but the dose still needs to be reduced daily or at least every other day, in the sense of the number of cigarettes, so on the first day I tried to smoke no more than a pack. He scattered them in time, let's say 1 cigarette in 40 minutes (approximately). That's how I timed the time and smoked in 40 minutes. On the second day there are 19 pieces, on the third day 18. The same thing, you throw it in time and smoke. After 4-5 days of use, you already begin to feel that you are less drawn to smoking. Accordingly, the number of cigarettes decreases, the time between smoke breaks increases, and the number of pills taken decreases. The first time you follow the clock regularly, so as not to miss the smoke break, and then, after about 8-10 days of taking pills, sometimes you start to forget about the smoke break, and the further, the more often you forget, you smoke 15, 30.45 or 60 minutes later than it should have. At this moment, the main thing is not to try to smoke all the cigarettes planned for the day, but to try to shift the time. That is, as you have smoked a cigarette, keep a new time until the next. The next one was late, set the time again on a new one. Thus, there is a kind of unplanned decrease in the number of cigarettes. So the next day, if you feel that you can, then you can reduce it by another cigarette. It will happen sooner or later. Thus, we come to the conclusion that we still have a lot of pills, and we smoke 1-2 cigarettes a day, and in a couple of days we can do without them. And here the main thing is not to stop drinking them under any circumstances. The course must be completed completely, drink everything. In general, something like that. There you will figure it out and feel it yourself. And finally ... My father even quit smoking with them at 58 years old, with about 50 years of experience as a smoker.
