To get rid of alcoholism is possible only in a specialized clinic. Comprehensive treatment should be carried out by qualified narcologists. There is such a center in Kazan, this is the drug treatment clinic "Ibis" , where getting rid of the addiction is carried out using various methods. An individual approach to the patient is very important in the treatment for alcoholism, so choose only a trusted clinic.

Read carefully, this is IMPORTANT!

Of course, if you suffer from alcohol addiction or are trying to cure your loved one from her, you already understand that you cannot cope with it this way just. Therefore, at first you can be skeptical about what you read next. Or you yourself understand everything, only until you could find the strength to start changing.

All my observations of people who abuse alcohol, since childhood - and I grew up in an ordinary Russian family, in which “Negliness” was mentioned not only on holidays - my personal, life and service experience suggests that the desire to fall for a bottle appears when a person does not like the situation in which he is or lives. This is a way to escape from "bad" reality and apathy (will open in a new tab).

A person who drank alcohol relaxes, temporarily forgets about his problems and troubles in life. He changes the state of his consciousness and, for a while, changes his reality. Some go into binge drinking for a long time.

When a person trusses, he returns to his problems, which, of course, have not become less during his "absence". And his sore head and work absenteeism make it clear that the trouble has become even greater. This burden puts pressure on him, forcing him to seek salvation again. And at the first opportunity, this "salvation" is again ... in the bottle.

Psychological addiction is backed up by physical addiction. A once healthy organism that has produced within itself a sufficient amount of alcohol, due to regular libations from the outside, loses the ability (or desire) to produce it. Then a person already physically needs to bring his body “back to normal.”

How to get out of this vicious circle? The best way to do this is:

· Understand the reasons for the desire to get away from reality. To do this, you need to analyze the situation, your feelings and emotions, preceding the appearance of the desire to consume alcohol. To find the stimulating factors (triggers) that trigger the mechanism "should I drink me?" If you can't do it yourself, you can take training courses in meditation techniques, learn some kind of meditative practice, for example, Theta Healing (will open in a new tab) or contact a specialist who works with meditative or trance states, hypnosis (NL healing).

· Find an interesting activity, a hobby for yourself. Get really into something.

· Play sports or exercise, start exercising or practice yoga.

· Find an interesting job for yourself and devote more time and attention to it.

· Replace alcoholic drinks with fruit drinks, juices and other healthy drinks.

You need to regain a taste for life, realize responsibility for your life and for everything that happens in it, feelself-reliance.

First of all, you have to WANT TO CHANGE YOUR LIFE AND understand that no one else will do it for you.

If your loved one suffers from alcoholism, you can explain all this to him and help him to understand himself. It is important not to criticize or blame him - this can cause rejection. If a person really wants to change, he will accept your help with gratitude.

What is the best way to get treatment for alcoholism?

From the point of view of informational stands in a narcological dispensary, person who drinks a bottle of beer 2-3 times a week is an alcoholic. True, in some initial, so far, degree. Narcologists believe that alcohol is also a drug. You also get used to it and fall into the same addiction.

To be honest, the narcologists, issuing certificates about whether you are registered with the above-mentioned healthcare institution, always seemed to me to be people who themselves are trying to find salvation from alcoholism in such a job. Moreover, judging by their appearance, it is not always successful. Like many psychologists who have gone into psychology in order to better understand themselves.

The system of treatment for alcoholism, which is now used in our country, is not very effective. It, like most medicine, is aimed at eliminating the symptoms, and not the cause of the problem.

So, for example, the action of the "filing" is based on the fact that a person is afraid to use alcohol, risking serious health problems or even die. A “filed” person usually thinks that the issue of alcohol is solved for him and does not see a reason to look for the true reason for his desire to get away from what is happening in his life. a person at any moment can break loose and start drinking again. The question of his alcoholism in this case becomes even deeper and more complicated.

Besides, it is strictly forbidden to use one method of "changing consciousness", if the reasons causing such a desire are not eliminated, it can lead to the search for alternative ways ... And this, as you understand, is not a way out of the situation.

I want to share a real story of recovery.

The worst thing here is that you don't notice, how you get drunk and think all the time that you can stop at any moment. It dawned on me that enough was enough after I drunk frostbitten legs and nearly lost them. I went to the clinic, where they didn’t make me a different drug addict, they injected me with morphine during withdrawal. I went to a narcologist, he prescribed special drops. Didn't know it was so easy to quit drinking! At first, of course, there was discomfort, the hand, so to speak, reached for the glass, but there was no withdrawal and depression, nothing like that. I suffered a little, I drank drops for a month and now I do not drink for more than 3 years. For anyone interested, you can read an interesting article in detail here.

Believe it or not, no matter how corny it sounds, I just stopped drinking and got distracted by other more interesting things, so to speak I burned out, not everyone, for example, ends up so easily, but still. It will not hurt to watch people who have drunk themselves into animals, on video or live, just to draw conclusions for themselves
