I have had serious sleep problems for several years now - I do not sleep for two nights, then I wake up in the morning, then I fall asleep only in the morning. And the only thing. what helps me to somehow sleep is the regime. But what the alarm clock is about - if you accustom yourself to go to bed at a certain time (after calculating how much you need to sleep - because all people have different times, that is, for someone 6 hours is enough, and for someone 10 there is not enough to get enough sleep - you must measure it yourself), then you will wake up in a few days exactly at the moment when your alarm clock should sound. For example, to get enough sleep, you need the standard 8 hours of sleep, you also need to wake up at 8, so that, for example, at 9 you leave the house and 10 be at work. Therefore, you need to go to bed around midnight. After a while, even if you go to bed at 2 or even 3 nights, you will still wake up at the time you used to get up, albeit sleepy. The main thing is not to break the regime for two or more days in a row.
Mode. It's all about him. If you always have a busy schedule, eat poorly, or experience prolonged stress - a blanket with a pillow will keep you hostage. / p>
I'll tell you what helped me personally in this situation:
Go to bed at the same time. Of course, not at two or three o'clock in the morning, so as not to run out of bed at six or seven in the morning.
Place the alarm close to you. But if you have already learned how to turn it off on autopilot, then change tactics and put it where you have to stand and turn it off.
If you use an alarm clock on your phone, try changing the ringtone from time to time.
Try to eat in moderation and healthy. If you are hungry, you lose strength.
If you have bad habits, then you should at least not abuse and keep yourself in good shape. At least the same smoking before bed may not give you the relaxation you need to sleep well.
In conclusion, I will say this:
If you still open your eyes, then no "five more minutes". Do not close your eyes. This is a trap!
And I usually do not put it nearby, if I really need not to oversleep, but farther away, but a loud and vigorous melody. Until you reach it, you look and have time to remember that it is time to get up.
Get a very loud alarm clock, set the volume to maximum, make the nastiest signal. You can have more than one alarm clock, but several. Put the alarm clock near your head, that is, near the pillow. I think that if everything is in order with your hearing, then you will definitely wake up from a loud noise under your ear. With a daily rise at the same time, a habit is developed, then you yourself will wake up 1-10 minutes before the call. Checked!
Namely, it is almost impossible to learn how to wake up on your own. Well, more precisely, the chances are unlikely. There is a method of self-hypnosis: before going to bed for 2-3 hours, constantly think that you need to get up at a certain time. I woke up like that a couple of times before important exams when I was afraid to oversleep too much.
