How I overcame bouts of overeating

For the sake of the dream of looking like instagram fitons with a flat stomach, I went through all the stages of food depravity familiar to many: diet, breakdown, overeating. After all the misadventures and experiments with nutrition, it became obvious that fat had to be dealt with in a different way. The diets were replaced by a psychologist and classes in an online group. I have not yet turned into a model, but more importantly, my appetite has decreased and the weight does not grow.

Eh, I myself suffer from such garbage, but I can tell you how to overcome it! (I speak like I'm a fat nutritionist and give advice on losing weight to a fat person.)

First, you need to remove all unhealthy foods from your diet, if all means all. Bread - 100% exclude, but if you really want to, then only Kaiser bread.

Make a rule for yourself to eat little but often, seriously, it helps a lot.

Start playing sports or find a hobby. Usually, if a person has nothing to do and boredom overcomes him, he begins to seize it. Start practicing in the gym, doing something with your own hands.

You need to establish a sleep routine. If the sleep regimen is knocked down, then this can affect the metabolism. With the right sleep pattern, you will not have a craving for overeating (observing the points I said above, of course).

Remember that you are focusing on proper nutrition, not weight loss, so immediately remove all kinds of diets - only proper nutrition.

And if you follow the above, you will be able to overcome this garbage. And remember that this is a treatment, and the treatment of such a "disease" can take a long time. Think about the result and don't give up
