I generally did not know how much I walk, what my pulse is and how many hours I slept. Now that I have a fitness bracelet, I took Jet for myself, I follow it every day, and if I see that little has passed, I go out at least for a walk on the street. I can tell you about my own experience. I've always loved running, ever since sailing (although running in a sail doesn't help much). I don't run so much and often, but I run 30-35 km in a week. Since it is always important to understand the pulse and pace of running, I really wanted to have some kind of fitness gadget. My wife gave it to me. I must say right away that a lot has changed: I noticed that if I don’t run on a certain day, then because of the specifics of the work I don’t even walk 10,000 steps a day. On such days, sleep disturbance is observed (this miracle bracelet also suggested to me). Now I do not use the elevator (apartment on the 12th floor, office on the 9th). Began to make sure to go to bed on time, otherwise sleep is also restless and subsequently lethargy and fatigue are present. What is also very important: I wanted to run an ultra marathon (100 km). This bracelet suggested that I had a good pace for 20 km, moreover, that I did not prepare much. There was a desire to train (I just got sick now - I’m not training yet). And training is a switch of activities. This helps to work more efficiently. You go to work with a fresh mind. These are the changes.
