By the way about the warming ointments. They never helped me to get rid of joint pain, probably just because the warming element there were not very clear chemical things))) Recently I tried to use a Honda gel for joints (with essential oils, I ordered in the Fitomarket online store) + additionally there is more jelly and jellies. Joint pains are gone ... so if you use warming agents, then only high-quality and more or less natural)

It is better to use ointments based on chondroitin, deer antler powder also acts as an anti-inflammatory and contains natural chondroprotectors and acts as an enveloping joint on a worn out and thinned composition, all this is in Chinese ointments and our Artidex is quite a working composition, even with worn out the vertebrae helps to reduce friction and provides a sheath due to the penetrating form and glucosamine, which acts as a conductor.

I'll make a reservation right away, an asterisk is not a warming ointment for joints, and for such purposes it is better not to use it, because there may be unpleasant side effects.

Modern warming ointments are made with capsaicin, an alkaloid of hot pepper. This substance is absolutely safe, if the dosage is not exceeded, it is very effective and, which is especially important, it is easily washed off with sunflower oil or any other. Capsaicin causes a feeling of warmth, in large doses - burning, dulls the feeling of pain and stimulates blood circulation.

There are also ointments with other irritating substances, such as turpentine (turpentine oil) or mustard essential oil. They act in a similar way, irritating and causing blood flow.

Various antiseptics, anti-inflammatories and other components are also added to many products that improve and simulate the effect.

Certain components that make up the product, which penetrate the skin, help improve blood circulation and its flow to the desired area, from there and warming effect.
