Yes, there were. More precisely, anxiety for no reason. During this period, I was in college and there were all sorts of situations that caused discomfort: from people to work. Often this phenomenon appeared in the morning before getting up, the stomach often ached (moreover, there was no appetite and was starving until the appetite returned), trembled, palpitations, etc.
This alarm could "start" at any moment. I am not currently experiencing this ailment.

A dream that repeats itself from time to time. I am either standing somewhere, or walking along something. And then, for no reason at all, I start to fall, and, before reaching the ground, there is a feeling that I fell, but at that moment you are lying on the bed, startle and you wake up. Perhaps it is because of nervousness ...

I was alone, I dreamed only once. I won't go into details. I saw a car crash into another and a person's head fell off. This moment was repeated for minutes 2. The most interesting thing is that I tried to leave and not look, but every time I "teleported" to the window, and could not even turn my head away. It was pretty scary. At some point, I even became aware of myself in this dream, half out of fear, apparently.

I had a dream that recurred from year to year. There seemed to be nothing frightening there, and I really could not remember anything after waking up, but the atmosphere was very depressing. It seemed that everything around was pulsating, and the sky was pressing from above. It became difficult to breathe, struggled to wake up, and if it worked out, as soon as he closed his eyes, everything was repeated again. I don't remember anything at all, but the pulsation, measured and amplifying everything, was really horrifying. All the times that I had that dream, I woke up with a temperature of about 39 (despite the fact that 35 was normal for me), everything was shaking and twisting, I could not come to my senses for a long time. I tried to write down the dates when I dreamed about it, but I lost the sheet, I remembered the only time - September 5, 5 years ago. A couple of years after the last sleep, the cat was euthanized, exactly on September 5th. After that time, the dreams stopped. Not so long ago I read several stories by Howard Lovecraft, and was in real horror and almost panic when I read the description of the dreams of the people in them, not because of what was scary written, but because the feeling haunted me that I had experienced something like that. I hope that it was from the impending illness that I dreamed of confusion, as my parents explained to me, and not vice versa.

Yes, there were such dreams, but not everything could be "deciphered". I was especially bothered by one dream, which was repeated several times with a break of several years. I couldn’t describe it normally, when I woke up, the words simply refused to be. Described only parts of it. It is noteworthy that the dream was accompanied by a feeling of heat, I woke up, and it was really hot. And there was a moment in it when it seemed to me that something was bursting with me from the inside, and was about to be torn to pieces. And another strange moment - in it we were sitting on a bench with our best friend, and the bench began to swing from the opposite side. And then a terrifying voice from above said: "You see what friends you are!" Brrr) I don't even want to remember)
