The Folding Halls | Critical Role | Campaign 2, Episode 80
Hello. 3 months ago there was a sudden need for a deep breath. Before and during this time, there were panic attacks and anxiety disorder. I suppose that this is a hyperventilation syndrome, but neither packet breathing, nor breathing exercises, nor shallow breathing, nor a tranquilizer and nootropic help. It only becomes easier when lying down. The condition worsens, my back and chest are already hurting from such breathing and every time it is more difficult to breathe deeply. If I do not do this, then the neck begins to swell and strain and clogs up the ears. It is also a little better in the cold, as soon as a little warmth, not to mention stuffiness, is immediately bad. And lately, the head has started to be insanely dizzy, a wobbly gait, constant drowsiness and dullness in the eyes, ears are blocked. I went around many doctors, everyone shrugs. Prompt, help, in this difficult situation. Is it being treated?
Answer 1
January, 2021Hello. most likely your back and chest hurt not from breathing, but on the contrary, rather, somewhere in the thoracic region there was a clamp that restricted blood flow or lymph flow, which led to your condition. You need an osteopath to remove the blocks. And in the future, try not to drive yourself into stress
Answer 2
January, 2021Anxiety has evolved into such psychosomatic manifestations. You need to work simultaneously at the level of the psyche (psychotherapy) and the body (massage, acupuncture, osteopathy).
Answer 3
January, 2021According to the description, it looks like either an anxiety disorder (what used to be called neurosis "). It is more likely.
Or conversion hysteria.
In both cases, the diagnosis and the main treatment - by a medical psychotherapist or psychiatrist.
