Drowsiness
This drowsiness is annoying and does not allow work for a long time, I went to a neurologist - until it helped. If I go to bed, I do not fall asleep. Every day I sleep for 6-7 hours, I wake up in most cases without an alarm clock. Most importantly, if I can sleep at lunchtime, this sleepiness disappears and I feel refreshed.

Answer 3
March, 2021This may be due to a banal lack of sleep. Maybe you need 8 hours of sleep. Extend your sleep time by an hour and see the results. At the same time, hypersomnia (excessive daytime sleepiness) can be a manifestation of various sleep disorders that cause daytime sleepiness (snoring, apnea, restless legs syndrome, insomnia). Low blood pressure, lack of vitamins, and a number of other conditions can also cause daytime sleepiness. See a sleep therapist - a specialist who deals with sleep disorders.
