Smoking decreases appetite. But if you are an ectomorph (skinny), then the appetite that comes to you after giving up cigarettes will not correct the situation in any way. Alcohol - a glass of red a couple of times a week is fine. But three times a week a liter of beer is already a lot (very) - alcohol accelerates catabolism. But hey - but you can annihilate until you turn blue)))

If you want to gain weight - the scenario is light: increase calories until the weight starts to break (fat gain). Average option: a lot of food + a gainer + a lot of workouts (set of muscles and fat). “I'll show you who's daddy” option (not recommended) - food enzymes + more food + more gainer + gym. There is also the option “I want to be the biggest and strongest” (but not for long and with consequences) - I think we will omit that.

There is good and bad news. The bad thing is that once you gain weight, you have to always eat the same amount of calories. Otherwise, you will return to the original state. The good news is that being underweight in the long term is a much more preferred health alternative to being overweight. 💪

Depends on your specific metabolism. It is possible that you are just an asthenic, so it's hard. Either you train badly / incorrectly. Smoking and alcohol have never affected my body in any way. Masturbation only affects the palms. They grow hair and stuff.
