January, 2021Two years ago, everything was more or less normal with my skin, until one day I began to lean on such a treat as tuc. After I ate three packs, I was sprinkled so that I could not recover for another six months. In general, this is all individual, someone eats everything harmful, but the body plows and does not pour out anything, and someone is afraid to eat candy. But there is definitely a point, even if you do not refuse, then it is worth reducing the consumption of spicy / fried / flour / salty / sweet.
